In stock orders are shipped in 1-2 days. Not all items on our web site are in stock.  Those items will take 1-3 weeks to ship. You will be notified of any delays longer than 2 weeks. (Embroidery may add 1-2 weeks to the shipping time of your order.)

Let us know if you need an item by a certain date. We'll do our best to get it to you by that date.

Shipping chart rates may change due to weight of your order. (Fins and other heavy pool equipment) We will notify you and WILL NOT SHIP the items if there is more than a 10% increase in the cost until you ok the shipping cost.

Rush air and truck shipment prices are shown as estimates only.  We will call/email you with the exact price. Many times, they are lower than our estimate.

Due to Credit Card Fraud, Most International Orders are sent Via UPS until we can verify your identity and address from previous orders
