In stock
orders are shipped in 1-2 days. Not all items on our web site
are in stock. Those items will take 1-3 weeks to ship.
You will be notified of any delays longer than 2 weeks.
(Embroidery may add 1-2 weeks to the shipping time of your
order.)
Let us know if
you need an item by a certain date. We'll do our best to get
it to you by that date.
Shipping chart rates may change due to weight of your
order. (Fins and other heavy pool equipment) We will notify you and
WILL NOT SHIP the items if there is more than a 10% increase in the
cost until you ok the shipping cost.
Rush air and truck shipment prices are shown as estimates
only. We will call/email you with the exact price. Many
times, they are lower than our estimate.
Due to Credit
Card Fraud, Most International Orders are sent Via UPS until we can
verify your identity and address from previous orders
Return Policy
No Hassel Returns: Unworn/unused items may be
returned within 30 days of receipt for a full merchandise
refund on your credit card. Original packaging and tags must be
intact. A return form is included in every shipment.
Defective items will be inspected and may be replaced or a store
credit will be issued.
Custom items are not returnable.

All orders placed
by 10/27/11 have the option of being delivered to your
school. Just enter coupon code "Salem" in the navy
cart box on the left of your screen. Orders will be held and
shipped together in 3-4 weeks from your cut off date.
Team items are not shipped to your home
without a shipping charge. If you order additional items that
are not discounted, your shipping will be adjusted
down based on our tiered shipping

retail priced items over $75 shipping for free.
